Do I need to pay in advance?
No. All orders are Cash on Delivery — receive and check the product first, then pay.
What is the delivery charge and time?
Inside Dhaka ৳60 (1-2 days), outside Dhaka ৳120 (2-4 days). Free delivery above a certain order amount.
What if the product has a problem?
Please check at delivery. If you find a defect later, tell us within 30 days — we will replace or refund.
How do I get digital books (PDF)?
Once your order is confirmed, the PDF is sent to your WhatsApp or email. We will share bKash/Nagad payment instructions.
How do you ensure quality?
We check every product ourselves — fabric quality and stitching, food source and expiry. If anything is adulterated or harmful, we simply do not sell it. (Do not give honey to infants under 1 year.)
