Delivery
• Inside Dhaka: 1-2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2-4 working days
• Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh — pay when you receive.
• Please check the product in front of the delivery person.
Returns & Refunds
1. If the product is damaged or defective, please take photos or a video while unboxing — it helps us solve it quickly.
2. If you don't like the product or have any issue, feel free to let us know or return it within 30 days.
3. After we receive and check the product, the refund is issued fully or partially depending on its condition.
4. Request a return from “My account → Orders”, or on the “Track order” page with your order number and mobile.
5. Where possible, keep the item unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
6. Opened food packets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
7. One free size exchange for clothing.
8. We cover the return delivery for wrong, damaged or defective items; otherwise a return delivery charge may apply.
9. Refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad within 3–5 working days.
10. Digital products (PDF) are non-refundable once sent.
